Professional ServicesAs part of Jinfonet Software’s ongoing commitment to customer care, we are pleased to offer several professional services options designed to help you realize the maximum benefit of the JReport solution. Each service includes multiple options so you can create a professional services program that makes sense for you.
Jinfonet offers several technical support options to meet your needs. Technical support includes phone and/or email support for 5 or 10 separate "ticket number" issues, for a term of one year from the date of purchase. A "ticket number" corresponds to a single incident, as determined by Jinfonet's technical support experts. Unlimited 24/7 support is the highest level of support available. This option provides unlimited technical assistance, 24x7, for a term of one year from the date of purchase. As with Support Option 1, both phone and email support is available. In addition, Jinfonet will provide you with a dedicated support specialist. Onsite technical support is available should your needs dictate. Onsite support is priced on a per case basis. Contact your Jinfonet rep for more details. While JReport is an easy-to-use and easy-to-deploy solution, we recognize that some training may be needed for various end-user audiences. Web-based training is available and tailored to your schedule and level of need. This training provides live Web and audio access to an experienced Jinfonet trainer, and training programs are customizable to address your specific requirements. In certain situations, onsite training may be necessary to ensure fast end-user adoption or to reach a particularly large audience in a short amount of time. In these circumstances, onsite training is available. Please contact your Jinfonet rep for details. Jinfonet offers two standard maintenance packages to provide customers with free product updates, minor product upgrades, and hot fixes for the version of JReport being used throughout the duration of the maintenance term. Custom report design is available from Jinfonet’s report design specialists. These specialists are highly qualified to design reports that meet your specifications and needs. Our design specialists will work with you to make sure your end-users are receiving the information they need. Crystal Report conversion is available through Jinfonet’s Crystal converter. This converter can be purchased, or you may choose to have Jinfonet provide the conversion services to you.
